You will liaise closely with various departments, manage guest inquiries, and establish rapport with long-staying guests. The ideal candidate will hold at least an O-Level, display a positive attitude, and possess strong communication skills. Prior experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera systems will be an advantage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous services to guests and respond efficiently to complaints.
• Liaise with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office cashier.
