Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to support our Associate Creative Director and design team. This role involves developing a wide range of visual solutions and communication materials tailored to the needs of our diverse clients.

Exceptional candidates with a strong portfolio or significant relevant experience may be considered for the position of Junior Art Director, with compensation adjusted to reflect this higher level of responsibility.

  • Creative Leadership & Art Direction: Lead the development of sophisticated visual design concepts, pushing the boundaries of experiential storytelling. Demonstrate clear thinking and ability in art direction, brand identity, wayfinding, and environmental graphics.
  • Design Expertise: Possess a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a deep understanding of typography and information design.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage projects independently from inception to completion, including coordination with suppliers and vendors on production matters and timelines, as well as onsite supervision of graphic installation works.
  • Client Communication: Clearly and effectively present ideas and concepts to address clients’ needs and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and ideally, Figma. Knowledge of file preparation for print and media development is essential.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6-8 years of industry experience in a recognized creative studio is required. Experience working on museum-related projects and attractions is a significant plus.
  • Work Ethic: Exhibit good time management and organizational skills to work independently.

  • A Curious and Inquisitive Approach: An enjoyment of delving into diverse content topics and experimenting with different techniques and materials, reflecting an overall curiosity about the world.
  • Strong Problem‑Solving Skills: Proven ability to navigate complex spatial and/or technical challenges by creating innovative and elegant solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
