Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creative output of our marketing team. This role combines advanced design expertise with leadership responsibilities, overseeing junior designers, guiding creative strategy, and ensuring all visual content—including graphics, videos, and multimedia—is aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
Lead the design and production of all marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media content, brochures, presentations, and event materials.
Oversee video editing and motion graphics for campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
Mentor, manage, and provide guidance to junior graphic designers, fostering growth and high-quality output.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that meet business objectives.
Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual content.
Review and approve designs and video content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and marketing strategies to innovate and elevate visual storytelling.
Assist in resource planning, workload management, and setting priorities for the design team.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
Extensive experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with 5+ years in marketing or agency environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Experience leading a creative team and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
Experience with photography, photo editing, and basic web design.
Knowledge of marketing performance metrics and the ability to translate insights into creative strategies.
