Senior Graphic Designer

Join our tight-knit team as Senior Graphic Designer! Work alongside our Creative Director founders to shape creative vision across diverse client projects while mentoring the next generation of design talent. Let’s do grape work and build something special together!

Responsibilities:

• Lead creative development and execution across print, digital, environmental graphics, branding, and packaging projects
• Collaborate directly with Creative Director founders on creative strategy, new business pitches, and client presentations
• Mentor and guide a team of junior and mid-weight designers, providing creative direction and professional development
• Work with founders to improve internal workflow systems within the studio to enable the team to run on optimal efficiency.
• Capable of delegating tasks and monitoring workflow to ensure manageable workloads for designers.
• Own end-to-end creative process for key accounts, from concept through final artwork (FA) and production
• Keen eye for detail to ensure quality control in all design output, ensuring consistency with brand standards and creative excellence
• Able to work across various mediums that include print, digital and environmental
• Present creative concepts to clients independently and manage creative feedback loops
• Jump between hands‑on design work and creative leadership as projects demand
• Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and freelancers to deliver seamless client experiences

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of agency or studio experience with proven creative leadership capabilities
• Portfolio demonstrating both exceptional design skills and ability to mentor/elevate other designers’ work
• Expert mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, with particular strength in creating strong visuals that respond well to client’s needs
• Deep understanding of production processes across all mediums (print, digital, environmental)
• Natural leadership qualities with experience managing creative teams and fostering collaborative environments
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for client‑facing situations
• Self‑motivated and adaptable – you thrive in the dynamic, all‑hands‑on‑deck nature of boutique agency life
