Job Overview

As a key member of the marketing team, the Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, creative visuals that align with OOm Institute’s marketing, branding, and business objectives. You will work across both digital and print media to conceptualise and execute marketing materials that engage target audiences and support sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate is not only creative and technically proficient but also meticulous, independent, and able to incorporate market insights and audience trends into their design work to achieve impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality designs for digital campaigns, social media content, marketing collateral, and event materials.
  • Interpret briefs accurately and produce conceptual proposals from ideation to final execution.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines, marketing strategy, and business goals.
  • Amend artworks, review final layouts, and implement enhancements where necessary.
  • Incorporate audience insights and industry trends into design decisions to better align with target market needs.
  • Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and software updates to bring innovation to design outputs.
  • Apply strong design fundamentals (e.g., visual hierarchy, layout, color theory) to all work.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, working independently while meeting tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
  • Perform other related ad hoc duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating a variety of work across marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, banners, roadshow fixtures, digital ads, and social media visuals.
  • Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
  • Adept in PowerPoint design.
  • Strong understanding of design principles across both digital and print media, ensuring cohesive, on-brand visuals for all marketing materials.
  • Proven ability to analyse market and audience insights to inform design strategies.
  • Self-driven and meticulous, with a passion for creating effective and visually compelling work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to juggle concurrent deadlines.
