Qualifications

• Familiar with MBS, MHCP claim portal, TPA claims.

Responsibilities

• Registration of patients, triage, and appointment booking.
• Dispensing of medication and collection of payments.
• Handling of incoming calls and attending to patient inquiries.

Skills

Customer service orientation

Good command of spoken and written English

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

IT proficiency

Ability to speak Mandarin

Ability to speak Malay

Education

GCE O level and above
