Responsibilities

• Head and manage the Applied Product Sales throughout ASEAN region
• Identify, hire and provide mentorship to team
• Oversee sales processes, build and maintain rapport with customers
• Liaise with and align consistency amongst regional affiliates
• Provide expertise to optimize performance in both Sales and Service
• Schedule, assign and follow up on staffs’ progress to ensure that operational requirements are adhered to
• Actively participate in strategic and tactical planning
• Establish annual goals for department and individual team member
• Ensure that team member’s skills and knowledge are in line with operational requirements with periodic training scheduled and held as appropriate

Pre-requisites

• Masters/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales and Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 20 years’ experience in Engineering in the same or related industry and at least 10 years’ experience in a management position
• Excellent leadership, communications and negotiation skills
• Strong problem solving and project management skills
