Job summary

INNOVA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS seeks a Senior GenAI Application Engineer to design, build, and optimize production-grade GenAI applications for enterprise users. This hands-on role focuses on reliable, observable AI solutions with end-to-end delivery.

You will work with LangGraph, LangChain, and hosted LLMs to implement agentic workflows, RAG, tool calling, and prompt orchestration, ensuring production quality through logging, tracing, and robust failure handling.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering with hands-on GenAI delivery.
• Proven experience with GenAI tooling (LangGraph, LangChain, RAG).
• Strong backend experience in Python or Java and API design skills.
• Experience with production logging/tracing and container platforms.
• High ownership and practical delivery mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build GenAI apps using LangGraph, LangChain, open-weight models, and hosted LLMs.
• Design AI workflows with agentic workflows, RAG, tool calling, and prompt orchestration.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior GenAI Application Engineer to build and optimize production-grade GenAI applications. This is a hands-on delivery role, not a research position. You will design reliable, maintainable, and observable AI solutions for real enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities

• Build GenAI Apps: Code applications using LangGraph, LangChain, open-weight models, and hosted LLMs.
• Design AI Workflows: Develop agentic workflows, RAG, tool calling, and prompt orchestration.
• Integrate Systems: Connect GenAI apps with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.
• Ensure Production Quality: Implement logging, tracing, evaluation, and fallback behaviors.
• Collaborate & Lead: Coordinate with data, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver resilient code.

Role Requirements

• 6+ Years' Experience: Strong software engineering background with recent hands-on production GenAI delivery.
• AI Tooling: Proven experience with LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, and context management.
• Backend Skills: Solid programming experience in Python or Java, plus strong API design skills.
• Production Tools: Experience with logging/tracing tools and container platforms like Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Delivery Mindset: High ownership and practical judgment, focusing on useful products over hype.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Frameworks like DeepAgent, Langfuse, Elastic, or vLLM.
• Redis for caching, state management, or low-latency AI patterns.
• Deploying AI workloads on cloud infrastructure.
