Job Summary

Responsible for designing, modeling, and optimizing mathematical frameworks for casino slot games. The role involves creating math models, validating game balance, and collaborating with design and development teams to deliver engaging and compliant gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement mathematical models for slot and casino-style games.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new game mechanics and features.
• Design, simulate, and fine-tune mathematical models using Excel and related tools.
• Build quick prototypes to test game flow and balance.
• Run statistical simulations to verify accuracy and target RTP/volatility.
• Analyze gameplay data and user feedback to improve performance and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with Game Designers, Developers, Artists, and Producers throughout the development cycle.
• Support game development teams in resolving design or math-related issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Game Design.
• 3+ years of experience in casino game development or math model design (land-based or mobile).
• Strong understanding of combinatorics, probability, and statistics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including modeling and simulations).
• Working knowledge of C/C++ for logic integration and Unity for prototyping preferred.
• Creative problem-solving ability with attention to mathematical precision.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and multitasking skills.
