How You'll Make an Impact

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of work experience, working with different methodologies and architectures
• Hands-on experience with full-stack JavaScript frameworks, e.g. MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js) or similar technologies such as Next.js, VueJS, NuxtJS
• Experience with Typescript is highly appreciated, and some knowledge of Java is a plus
• Experience with building and deploying your solutions, for example in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, GCP
• Strong understanding and appreciation of agile methodologies
• Communication skills that allow you to coordinate between business and technical stakeholders
• Openness and proactiveness allowing you to respond to changes with agility, while learning in the process
• Experience in leading teams and in contributing to the overall strategy and direction of a project is a plus
