Millipede Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a highly experienced software engineer to shape the technical direction of our IDD platform. You’ll lead architectural planning, ensure robust, scalable solutions, and work closely with product management to translate complex user needs into technical specs.

Qualifications

3+ years of progressive software development experience.
Deep proficiency with TS, Node.js, ReactJs and React Native.
Experience with cloud platforms and modern web/mobile architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead and guide the technical aspects across the software development lifecycle.
Design and champion scalable technical solutions aligned with product goals.
Collaborate with product management to translate user needs into technical specs.
Drive technical decision-making on architectures and technologies.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable code through reviews and hands-on work.
Identify and mitigate technical risks to project progress.
Mentor engineering team members and promote engineering best practices.
Act as subject matter expert for the technology stack.
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and agile practices.
