Job summary

Magellan Technology Research Institute (MTRI) is seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to own the frontend-backend workflow using Python and Vue. You will build, integrate, and optimize high-quality web applications across the stack.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive efficient prototyping with AI-assisted approaches, and design robust API contracts to ensure smooth data flows and reliable system integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer with Python and Vue.
• Ability to prototype quickly and iterate on ideas across UI, API, and integrations.
• Strong debugging and optimization of frontend-backend communication.
• Excellent communication and ability to mentor junior teammates.
