Job summary

Our client, a global player in water and waste sectors, seeks a Senior Software Developer (Full-Stack) to bridge legacy systems with modern web tech. You will maintain existing apps and lead development of high-performance web solutions.

The role requires strong Angular (16+), C#, RESTful APIs, and data-visualization experience, with emphasis on accurate budgeting and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in professional software development.
• Backend Stack: strong proficiency in .NET Framework 4.8+, C#, and WCF.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and Entity Framework 6.
• Experience with SQL Server: query optimization, indexing, schema design.
• Cloud/DevOps: familiarity with Microsoft Azure and IIS configuration.
• Data visualization in web apps using charts (e.g., Highcharts).
• Excellent communication and ability to estimate project effort accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain legacy AngularJS codebases while building new Angular 16+ apps.
• Develop and integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Design, develop and enhance .NET back-end applications (4.8+), WCF services, and EF6 data layers.
• Ensure scalable solutions using Azure Cloud and manage hosting as needed.
• Provide accurate effort estimates for budgeting and project planning.
• Deliver transparent status updates on milestones, risks and progress.
