Job summary

ASIA PROPERTIES & ASSETS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned full-stack engineer to design and implement REST APIs in Java/SpringBoot and build rich dashboards with Next.js/React/TypeScript.

You will model data in PostgreSQL, manage migrations with Flyway, and deploy on AWS. The role requires strong English, Chinese readability, and hands-on testing with modern tools. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in CS or related field.
• 5+ years of full-stack or frontend/backend engineering experience delivering complete features.
• Proficiency in Java + Spring Boot (MyBatis-Plus, Spring Security, RESTful API design).
• Proficiency in React/Next.js with TypeScript, App Router, componentization, and state management.
• Strong PostgreSQL relational design and SQL tuning, familiarity with Flyway.
• Hands-on AWS experience across at least two services (RDS/S3/SQS/ElastiCache/Secrets Manager).
• Familiar with AI coding tools to accelerate development and able to review AI-generated code.
• Excellent engineering fundamentals: clean code, design patterns, automated testing, Git collaboration.
• Ability to translate PRD/technical design docs into technical solutions.
• Experience with Docker and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
• Reading/writing Chinese and comfortable with Chinese technical docs/PRDs.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend REST APIs using Java + SpringBoot.
• Build dashboard frontend features using Next.js/React/TypeScript/Tailwind CSS.
• Design data models and manage migrations with PostgreSQL (pgvector) + MyBatis-Plus / Flyway.
• Work with AWS cloud services including deployment and operations.
• Write unit and end-to-end tests (JUnit 5, ArchUnit, Playwright).
• Collaborate with product, finance, and operations to turn PRDs into scalable solutions.
