Job summary

Scoot is seeking a Senior/Principal Engineer, IT (Technical Solutions), to architect and deliver scalable web, mobile, and backend solutions that power Scoot's operations. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with delivery and ops teams to ship high-quality, reliable technology across Flutter, Angular, and Node/.NET stacks.

The role requires deep hands-on experience, strong communication, and the ability to drive DevOps and Agile practices to improve delivery speed and product quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Web and Mobile development.
• 3+ years in architecting enterprise-scale web and mobile solutions.
• 5+ years delivering multi-platform solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Strong Agile delivery experience with DevOps and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
• Experience with GitLab, JIRA, and Bitbucket.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document technical specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile apps (Flutter), web apps (Angular), and backend services (Node.js/.NET).
• Collaborate with Delivery Manager and Operations to translate requirements into solutions.
• Prepare architecture and design documents for key decisions.
• Drive DevOps practices and Agile methodologies across teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and API references.
• Stay current with Flutter, Node.js, and Angular ecosystems.
