Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build, test, and maintain modern web applications and backend services. You will develop APIs and databases while enhancing both frontend and backend components using ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, and container technologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, and contribute to performance optimization. Exposure to Appian BPM initiatives will complement core Full Stack responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in Full Stack development.
• Proficiency in building scalable web apps with ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services (Lambda, EKS, Step Functions).
• Hands-on GitOps and ArgoCD for infra management and deployment.
• Experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, SQL/NoSQL and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web apps and backend services to meet business requirements.
• Build and enhance front-end and back-end components using modern Full Stack technologies.
• Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and databases for reliable performance.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Learn and contribute to Appian-based app development and BPM initiatives in addition to Full Stack work.
