Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on full stack development experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications in consulting, system integrator, or large corporate environments.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using modern technologies.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations.
• Participate in technical design discussions and solution architecture reviews.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs.
• Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
• Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.
• Work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Support client workshops, user testing, deployment activities, and post-go-live support.
• Contribute to proposal development, estimations, and technical solutioning where required.
