Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of all fire safety systems and equipment.
• Identify and rectify any fire safety deficiencies.

• Prepare and submit annual fire safety report to Authority.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore fire safety code and regulations.

Job Summary

• Location: Depot Road/ East Region
• 2 Years Convertible/Renewable Contracts
• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 8.00AM to 5.30PM
• Basic up to $6,000 + $200 FSM Allowance
• Up to 3 Months Variable Bonuses

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of all fire safety systems and equipment.
• Identify and rectify any fire safety deficiencies to maintain compliance with regulations and ensure optimal performance of fire protection systems.
• Organise and conduct regular fire drills to ensure building occupants, including users and tenants, are familiar with evacuation procedures and prepared for emergencies.
• Review and update the building's emergency response plan as necessary to reflect changes in regulations, building layout, or new equipment.
• Prepare and submit annual fire safety report to Authority for the renewal of building's fire certificate.
• Ensure that all fire safety measures meet the criteria for certification and are compliant with Singapore fire safety code and regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports to relevant authorities on fire-related matters, including any incidents, compliance issues, and equipment maintenance updates.
• Complete any other assignments related to fire safety that may be directed by supervisor/snr management.

Job Requirement(s)

• Certified Senior FSM
• Experience in fire safety management, facilities management and defense sector would be an advantage.
