Job summary

fpt asia pacific pte. ltd. seeks a Senior Frontend Engineer to design, build, and optimize staff-facing web apps for an enterprise client engagement platform. You will own client-side architecture for RMs and Back-Office teams, delivering responsive, secure interfaces for complex case management.

You will integrate BPMN/DMN form engines, collaborate with UX/UI, backend engineers, and solution architects, and lead performance improvements and scalable UI components across the stack.

Qualifications

• Total Experience: 5–8+ years in frontend/web engineering with 2+ years in a senior/lead role in enterprise apps.
• Mastery of React 19.x, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS and modern CSS-in-JS.
• Experience with BPMN/DMN and dynamic form engines.
• Experience with Preact for lightweight components.
• Strong knowledge of state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand) and React Router.
• Build tools: Vite, Webpack, Babel, ESLint, npm/pnpm.
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, MSW, Playwright/Cypress.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-side architecture and UI component design for multi-tab, dynamic forms portals.
• Integrate frontend with backend microservices via RESTful APIs and secure RPC patterns.
• Implement front-end authentication flows using OAuth2/OIDC and JWT sessions.
• Drive performance optimizations, code-splitting, and small-footprint UI.
