Job summary

Samsung Electronics Perú in Singapore is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning across P&L, manufacturing cost to distribution, and budgeting efforts. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Retail, Marketing and Finance to meet division KPIs and expectations on an on-site basis.

The role requires deep analytical skills, strong communication, and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems. Experience 7–15 years and Korean language proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management.
• 7 to 15 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Proficiency in Korean is required due to HQ collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on KPIs: marketing, sales deduction budget management and profitability.
• Plan revenue and profit with Sales and Product Marketing to target revenue and accuracy.
• Coordinate P&L status with SE SP HQ and Finance for monthly/quarterly/yearly cycles.
• Develop monthly, quarterly and annual financial plans with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and change management for operational excellence.
