Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst who can manage end-to-end FP&A for event projects, act as a trusted business partner to the Director and C-level executives, and drive financial initiatives across the organization. You will own the process, develop templates, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide actionable insights to guide project and business decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end FP&A for each project, including planning, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain reporting templates for consistent and accurate tracking of project performance.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders across operations, sales, and management to gather data and understand project dynamics.
  • Monitor project financials, conduct variance analysis, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Own financial initiatives, from process improvements to ad-hoc strategic projects.
  • Act as a business partner to Director and C-level executives, providing confident recommendations and challenging assumptions where needed.
  • Adapt FP&A approaches to the unique nature of each project, ensuring flexibility and relevance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CFA/CPA a plus.
  • 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience, ideally in project-based or fast-moving environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives.
  • Experience in creating reporting templates and dashboards is a plus.
