Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you will drive corporate strategy and decision-making by conducting comprehensive financial analysis and reporting for upper management. A core function involves developing, managing, and continually refining sophisticated financial models to accurately forecast future outcomes and analyze business performance. You will be a key collaborator, working across departments to gather essential data and insights for strategic planning, and preparing persuasive presentations that clearly articulate key findings and recommendations. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in preparing and aligning budgets and forecasts with the company's strategic goals and financial metrics. Finally, you will be instrumental in implementing FP&A best practices, driving efficiency across the Finance division, and staying current with industry trends to continuously enhance our planning processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field with professional accreditation
• Relevant years of experience in financial planning & analysis within a multinational organisation
• Proven track record in leading FP&A processes or projects
• Proficiency in financial software and tools with a solid grasp of financial concepts and methodologies
