You will be a part of the International FP&A team, support the regional financial planning and reporting activities for the regions of EMEA, LATAM and APAC. Provide management with timely and accurate financial reports and analysis which reflect the performance and integrity of the operation. Directly pariticpate in business planning and implementation, to facilitate sound business decisions and the achievement of region and corporate objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Generate and distribute daily & weekly sales performance reports; address ad hoc inquiries from sales leadership.
- Prepare monthly flash reports to support the closing process.
- Develop and maintain the monthly sales dashboard for performance tracking.
- Conduct quarterly volume analysis and present key insights.
- Compile and update year-to-date (YTD) sales reports for trend monitoring.
- Produce detailed net sales reports by customer to support account-level analysis.
- PowerBi maintenance.
- Lead bi-weekly sales call discussion with country managers and prepare commercial review deck.
- Lead sales forecasting and budgeting process from end to end, prepare review deck and data upload.
- Prepare monthly margin & P&L reports, provide analysis & commentaries and recommend financial actions by assessing options in the relation to organization goals.
- Provide financial modelling to simulate and identify areas of improvement and accuracy.
PROFILE
- Bachelor or master degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Extensive 7+ years of relevant FP&A experience with exposure to multi-national companies.
- Understanding of accounting, reporting, FP&A cycles & processes: month end close, forecasting and budgeting, financial reconciliations.
- Analytical & problem solving skills, ability to work with strict deadlines , proactiveness & flexibility with multiple time zones.
- 5+ years of operational exposure to major ERP system (S4 Hana in our case ) is a must. You have worked in the SAP FI/CO module and are familiar with SAP transactions.
- Expertise in MS Office (especially MS Excel & PowerPoint) is necessary & the ability to handle large data sets with advanced formulas and Pivot tables.
- Strong spoken and written English is a must.
- Able to work independently while seeking support when necessary to ensure alignment and quality outcomes.
- Hands-on mentality and a desire to work in a mid-sized medical company with an entrepreneurial culture.
- Have a regional exposure to support international organization to ensure an adequate and effective quality management system, supports the quality policy and sustains a quality culture.
