Job Description

• Develop and formulate beverage prototypes aligned with project goals, industry standards, and market regulations.
• Lead beverage application projects across categories such as coffee, tea, dairy, plant-based, carbonated, and alcoholic drinks.
• Operate and manage lab equipment (UHT, homogenizer, carbonator, autoclave, etc.) for product development.
• Apply knowledge of heat treatment and sensory evaluation to ensure product safety and optimal flavor selection.
• Conduct shelf‑life studies, manage raw materials, and maintain laboratory operations.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and clients to meet project objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in any relevant Science discipline
• 3-5 Years of relevant experience in a senior role*
