Job summary

A leading food technology company in Singapore is seeking a Food Technologist/Senior Food Technologist to develop new food products and provide technical support. The ideal candidate has significant experience in R&D within the milling and bakery industries. Responsibilities include developing emulsifiers for cake products and conducting troubleshooting. Qualifications

  • At least 3 years working experience in R&D for Food Technologist or 5 years for Senior Food Technologist.
  • Experience in milling and bakery industry is required.
  • Willingness to travel overseas for projects is important.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply emulsifiers for cake products.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and provide technical advice.
  • Liaise with sales and R&D teams to meet client requirements.
