Overview

Job Title: Senior Florist / Floral Designer

We are looking for a passionate and creative Senior Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in floral design, event decoration, and be able to create elegant and innovative floral arrangements for weddings, hotels, and corporate events.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, and decorations according to customer requirements.
• Handle floral orders for weddings, events, and hotel clients.
• Maintain fresh flowers and ensure product quality.
• Coordinate with the team to meet daily production and event deadlines.
• Provide professional advice to clients on flower selection and design concepts.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of working experience as a Florist / Floral Designer.
• Skilled in different floral styles (modern, classic, wedding, corporate).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Candidates with wedding company or hotel floral experience will be preferred.

Employment Details

• Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Location: Ubi, Singapore
• Salary: SGD 2,600 – 3,500 (depending on experience)
• Rest Days: 4 days off per month
• Benefits: Annual leave, medical leave, and other staff benefits after probation.
