We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support business decisions, drive financial performance, and ensure strong governance across pricing, reporting, and cash flow.

What you will do
  • Partner with business teams to analyze financial results and provide insights for decision‑making.
  • Drive performance controlling, including distributor contract review and rebate management.
  • Execute pricing strategy with sales and maintain country/channel price lists.
  • Lead management reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost tracking (CoGS & OPEX).
  • Oversee Accounts Receivables with shared services to optimize cash flow.
What you bring
  • 4+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering experience.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with financial reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Excel).
  • Proactive, business‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
