Job description

Our client is a Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and consolidating annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Perform variance analysis against budgets/forecasts and highlight risks, opportunities, and key cost drivers.
• Partner with business units to provide accurate assumptions, cost structures, and performance insights.
• Maintain and improve financial models and tools to support planning and decision-making.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers for leadership review.
• Support the development of business cases, pricing reviews, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Contribute to process improvement by streamlining FP&A workflows and standardising reporting practices.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data with internal controls and company policies.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of FP&A systems and BI tools.
• Handle ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from management and regional offices.
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min Degree in Accounting studies or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and SAP.
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
• Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP; knowledge of Hyperion and Power BI is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of operational finance processes and hands-on experience in financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with business teams.
