About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A & Consolidation) to manage reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements. The role offers broad exposure in a lean finance team, requiring strong IFRS knowledge, audit experience, and proficiency in ERP systems. Ideal for a proactive, flexible professional who enjoys building processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports.


• Build and maintain FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.


• Support management reporting and ad-hoc analysis to track performance.


• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data for audits and compliance.


• Assist in process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency.


• Work collaboratively in a lean, hands-on team environment.

Talent Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA preferred.


• 5-8 years of experience in consolidation, FP&A, or financial reporting, ideally in fast-growing/start-up environments.


• Strong knowledge of IFRS/SFRS and consolidation processes; experience with external audits.


• Hands-on experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and working papers.


• Skilled in ERP systems and Excel modeling.


• Experienced in process improvement, system migrations, and implementing new financial processes.


• Flexible, proactive, and practical; takes ownership and delivers results.
