Job summary

Responsibilities include profitability analysis across lines of business, budgeting, variance analysis, and supporting contract profitability and pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field required.
• 3 years of financial analysis experience including discounted cash flow.
• 1 year data query extraction and analytics experience.
• 1 year P&L and balance sheet forecasting and management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex data into clear formats.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; high-level data organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage profitability analysis across multiple lines of business.
• Coordinate with functions to gather assumptions and inputs for forecasts.
• Prepare financial forecasts and reports; provide strategic analytical insights.
• Support annual budgeting process and analyze variances.
• Monitor progress toward objectives and financial targets.
• Identify issues and recommend improvements for operations and resource allocation.
• May guide junior analysts and provide direction.
• Ensure proper reporting in end-of-period reviews.
• Track sales and margins to ensure accurate billing margins.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to obtain information for analyses.
