Job description

The Senior Financial Analyst – Asia Pacific plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions across our APAC hotel portfolio. You’ll be a key business partner, delivering timely and accurate financial insights, supporting strategic planning, and enhancing performance tracking.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important, and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

Management Reporting
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and annual reporting for APAC hotel entities, ensuring compliance with contracts and corporate standards.
  • Prepare trading reports and dashboards for senior leadership, including KPIs and business review decks.
Analytics & Insights
  • Source and structure data for analysis, ensuring quality and relevance.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities for profitability and efficiency improvements.
Performance Tracking
  • Monitor hotel performance, fee calculations against management contract clauses.
  • Track incentive fee tiers, bonus achievements, standaside, owner budget approvals, and capital expenditure.
  • Corporate MBO tracking
  • Administer the Capital Online Tool for the APAC region.
Operational Support
  • Assist hotels with month-end reporting tools (e.g., Datalink, PeopleSoft, PROPPLAN).
  • Set up reporting for new hotel openings.
  • Train hotel and regional users on PROPPLAN.
  • Support in Monthly and Quarterly Global Reporting

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a Business-related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel finance.
  • Advanced Excel skills with basic macro knowledge.
  • Competent in Microsoft Power Tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Possess strong analytical and communication skills.
  • A logical thinker who thrives under pressure and works well independently and collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
