Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly closing, management reporting, and consolidation for regional entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide insights that inform commercial and strategic decisions.
  • Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes, ensuring timely statutory and audit deliverables.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership on performance tracking, investment analysis, and ad-hoc financial projects.
  • Contribute to system improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance; professional certification (CA / CPA / ACCA) preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience spanning both controllership / accounting and FP&A / business partnering.
  • Prior exposure to regional or multi-entity reporting environments.
  • Hands‑on approach with strong analytical and communication skills.
