We are a boutique finance consulting company that supports startups and SMEs with accounting, compliance, and strategic financial advisory. We highly value our long-term client relationships and the quality of our deliverables.

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager (Part-Time) to join our Singapore-based team. The role will focus on leading ongoing client deliverables, managing a small team, and ensuring all deadlines are met with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a small finance team to ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Review monthly P&L statements and work with the team on analysis and insights.
  • Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounting schedules.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and monitoring for client portfolios.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare unaudited financial statements and quarterly GST returns.
  • Oversee monthly payroll and CPF submissions.
  • Communicate directly with clients on deliverables, clarifications, and timelines.

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Xero, Hubdoc, and Singapore statutory filings (IRAS, ACRA, CPF).
  • Proven experience with cash flow management and financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with preparing unaudited financial statements and Singapore compliance processes.
  • Ideally based in Singapore or with Singpass access for regulatory submissions.
Engagement Details
  • Part-time / Flexible hours (15 hours per week).
  • Hybrid or remote work arrangements possible.
  • Initial 6-month engagement with potential to extend beyond that period.
