Job Summary

Our client is hiring an experienced Finance Controller / Senior Finance Manager to support Singapore and Indonesia projects. The role focuses on corporate finance, project financing, financial control, and cross-border coordination, with frequent travel to Bintan, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project financing activities, including financial modeling, feasibility studies, and funding structures.
• Prepare and review investment proposals and cash flow forecasts.
• Work with banks, financial institutions, investors, and advisors on financing and refinancing.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with SG and Indonesia regulations.
• Act as a finance partner to regional business and project teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in corporate finance and project financing.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with banks and external financiers.
• Exposure to Indonesia / Southeast Asia projects preferred.
• Comfortable with frequent travel to Bintan.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate with stakeholders internally and external relevant parties.
