• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team to deliver excellence and innovation.

• Implement robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate governance standards, and other statutory requirements.

• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including digitalization and process optimization. Experience in ERP implementation is preferred.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification. CA is preferred

• More than 6 years of financial experience, including 2 years of management experience and 3 to 4 years of audit experience (big four preferred)

• Self starter, fast learner

• Effective communicator, team player, and detail-oriented professional

• Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to thrive in unstructured environments
