Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking a skilled finance professional to lead group consolidation and statutory reporting efforts across the Mandai Wildlife Reserve governance framework.

You will coordinate the reporting calendar, prepare consolidation schedules, perform variance analysis, and develop clear dashboards and commentary for management and governance forums. SAP experience and strong Excel modelling are preferred, with a Diploma in finance and at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in finance, accounting or equivalent professional qualification with at least 3 years of work experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and interpersonal savvy for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, especially in Excel, data sets and scenario modelling.
• Problem solving and strong communication skills; SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group reporting calendar and coordinate timely submission of approved entity reporting packages.
• Prepare and maintain consolidation schedules, including Group adjustments, reclassifications and intercompany eliminations.
• Perform validation checks over entity submissions, consolidation outputs and Group balances; escalate data quality issues.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for consolidation entries and Group reporting adjustments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Group reporting packs with commentary and dashboards.
