A prominent finance advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to oversee financial reporting and budget preparation. The candidate should have a diploma or degree in Accounting and 4-5 years of relevant experience, including proficiency in General Ledger and full-set accounts management. Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Experience in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.
• Capability in managing full sets of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with financial reporting guidelines.

Location

CCK Town Council (Bukit Gombak Branch)

Working hours

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, first Saturday of each month 8am to 12.30pm

Salary

$3500 to $5000 + AWS + VB

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting
• 4-5 years or more relevant experience
• Experience in GL, AR, AP, full set of accounts
• Experience with SAP system will be advantageous

Job scope

• Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you shall monitor and comply with financial reporting guidelines, prepare and review annual budget, prepare financial statements, perform budgetary controls and manage arrears.
• You shall be required to ensure proper records of transactions and drive strong financial controls.
• In addition, you are responsible for grants and assets management, inter-funds transfers, tax report, etc
