Our client is a privately owned family office that manages investments, assets, and financial affairs across Singapore and Hong Kong. The team oversees accounting, reporting, and investment activities for multiple entities, offering a professional and stable working environment with exposure to cross-border financial operations.
1. Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities, including investment holdings, management companies, and SPVs.
- Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial statements.
- Review accounting records prepared by external service providers (e.g., Hong Kong entities).
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in consolidation, bookkeeping, and statutory filings.
2. Financial Operations & Compliance
- Monitor capital movements, fund transfers, and multi-currency transactions.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial teams on financial and compliance matters.
- Support budgeting, investment tracking, and internal reporting for management.
- Maintain group structure charts, share registers, and compliance documentation (KYC/CRS/FATCA).
3. Administrative & Coordination Support
- Assist with contract management, insurance claims, and general office administrative tasks.
- Support coordination of company-related renewals, statutory submissions, and records management.
- Provide support in preparing financial summaries or investment reports for related entities.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks related with family office.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in investment holdings, family office, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and consolidation.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to handle multiple entities independently.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism are essential.
