Job description

As a Senior Finance Executive (Automotive), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Handle full sets of accounts.
• Day-to-day accounts operations and month-end closing.
• Cash flow management and projections
• Preparation of quarterly GST Financial statements and reporting.
• Prepare audit schedules
• Update cash-flow report and prepare journal entries.
• Matching of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and invoices.
• Liaise with external agents on matters relating to audit, tax and board resolution.
• Assist for filing of quarterly and annual survey with STAT
• Assist in contract billings, setting up New Accounts in MYOB, administration work
• Assist to prepare management accounts and group consolidation accounts
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Advanced Diploma / Post graduate Diploma in Accountancy / Commerce / Finance
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field will be an advantage
• Experience with any computerized accounting software.
