Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance across regional operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting audits, tax filings, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing
  • Prepare accurate monthly management reports for internal stakeholders
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable: data entry, statement of accounts, and payment follow-ups
  • Handle Accounts Payable: invoice matching, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations
  • Process staff expense claims and ensure policy compliance
  • Assist with fixed asset verification and tracking
  • Coordinate audit processes, corporate tax submissions, and GST filings
  • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and internal controls
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
  • Support implementation of new accounting systems
  • Perform ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Finance
  • 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and Singapore tax regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in cross-cultural environments
