As a Senior Finance Executive, you will support the Finance Manager in all areas of financial operations. You will be responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, managing budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day financial operations including AP, AR, GL, and month‑end closing activities
  • Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and cash flow projections
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, including GST and corporate tax filings
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
  • Support cost control initiatives and recommend process improvements
  • Monitor and analyse financial data to support strategic decision‑making
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B or retail industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP)
  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s financial regulations and tax requirements
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
