The Senior Executive in Finance Systems will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and integration of S/4HANA, enhancing finance automation, and ensuring smooth business processes across the organization. This position will also involve working closely with consultants, business users, and cross-functional teams to gather and review business requirements, manage data migration, and support system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support for S/4HANA Implementation:
- Provide hands‑on support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data migration phases of the S/4HANA implementation.
- Collaborate with Finance users to track issues, validate data migration templates, and ensure smooth sign‑off processes.
- Develop automation solutions (e.g., Python) to streamline data validation and migration.
2. Requirement Gathering and System Support:
- Assist in the collection and review of business requirements for S/4HANA implementation.
- Ensure effective implementation of business requirements in collaboration with consultants and users.
3. Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Integration:
- Support the integration of the CLM application with S/4HANA.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the CLM‑S/4HANA integration, ensuring continuous improvements.
4. Training and Subject Matter Expertise (SME):
- Provide training and support to end users as a SME for S/4HANA and CLM Systems.
- Troubleshoot daily operational issues and support go‑live activities to ensure smooth adoption of S/4HANA and CLM Systems.
5. Contribution to Finance Automation Projects:
- Lead and actively contribute to Finance automation initiatives, driving process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in S/4HANA or similar ERP systems (e.g., SAP certification) is a plus.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Finance Systems, with a solid understanding of ERP implementations (preferably S/4HANA).
- Experience in data migration, testing, and business requirements gathering.
- Prior exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and integration with ERP solutions is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and interact with business users effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Python, VBA, Power Query and other automation tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of financial systems and accounting processes is a plus.
