Overview

Responsibilities
  • Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning for APAC.
  • Prepare and present financial performance reports, variance analysis, and KPIs.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to APAC leadership, supporting commercial decisions and investment evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive performance improvements.
  • Enhance FP&A processes and leverage ERP and BI tools for accurate reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA/CMA/ACCA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of FP&A experience, ideally in industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
