TALENTS RECRUITER PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Finance professional in Singapore to lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close activities within a manufacturing context. You will analyze revenue, margins, costs, and inventory, delivering actionable insights and driving efficiency improvements.

You will develop financial models, support pricing and CapEx decisions, and build Power BI dashboards to empower leadership with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related finance discipline.
• 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
• Experience with costing, inventory, and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, planning skills.
• Data collection and organization, logical interpretation, and drawing conclusions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player, independent, results oriented, detail oriented, able to handle complexity, ambiguity and time pressures.
• Understanding of GAAP and valuation principles/metrics.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial performance, including revenue, margins, manufacturing costs, inventory, and profitability.
• Perform monthly closing, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Develop financial models and business cases for pricing, CapEx, and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to support decision-making.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to drive cost and productivity improvements.
• Support quote reviews, audits, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in reporting and financial processes.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
