The ideal candidate will manage CAPEX projects and oversee critical systems' operation and maintenance. This role involves leading projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior engineers, requiring strong expertise in HVAC systems and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, facility utilities, CAPEX projects, and maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, cooling towers.
• Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and project commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CAPEX projects related to utilities and plant facilities.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting.
