Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building/facility maintenance and services.
• Experience in handling and supervising service personnel in lab environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with procurement/tender processes and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply for Jurong Island temporary passes for FM contractors.
• Goods Receipt (GR) all FM work done.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all departmental documents to support audits.
• Source for FM-related work vendors.
• Raise PRs for FM-related work.
• Prepare tender specifications/requirements and manage the entire tender process.
• Conduct utilities assessments and feasibility studies for R&D equipment.
• Plan and track all maintenance works to ensure FM equipment is in good condition.
