Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the Facilities Manager in operational efficiency.
  • Supervise cleaning, security, landscaping, and catering services.
  • Manage vendor contracts and conduct inspections.
  • Respond to operational issues and emergencies.
  • Assist in budget tracking and service reports.
  • Foster strong working relationships with vendors.
  • Monitor contractor performance and compliance.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for smooth operations.
  • Promote workplace safety practices.
  • Supervise AV and Logistics team for events.
  • Ensure accuracy of item descriptions in the SOR.
  • Manage tenant relations for fit-out execution.
