Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance, including 2 years in College setting.
• Understanding of related trades in ACMV, Mechanical, Electrical, Building and BASCO/FRC.
• Possess certification of Fire Safety Manager (SCDF) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Estate staff in operations and maintenance.
• Manage security and safety protocols for the estate.
• Plan and manage college’s building facilities efficiently.
