Job summary

A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a specialist contractor to oversee the operations and maintenance of M&E systems, including HVAC and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will lead a diverse team to ensure all facilities operate reliably and comply with regulations. A diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with familiarity with CMMS systems. This position offers a competitive salary up to $6000.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with CMMS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of M&E systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Lead and supervise the Facilities Operations team for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Plan and implement scheduled maintenance works with internal teams and vendors.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Prepare monthly progress reports for clients and monitor project status.

Responsibility :

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and related facilities within the premises
• Lead and supervise the Facilities Operations team, including multi-disciplinary technical staff, technicians, and contractors, to execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities supporting 24/7 operations
• Plan and implement scheduled maintenance works with internal teams and appointed vendors in accordance with established procedures
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and compliance with local regulations and standards
• Prepare monthly progress reports for clients and monitor the status of project deliverables

Requirement :

• Min Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Facilities Engineering
• Familiarity with CMMS systems
