Job summary

BDO Singapore is seeking an experienced audit professional to manage and execute audit assignments under supervision of managers and partners. You will identify risk areas, engage with senior client staff, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

The role involves supervising junior staff, mentoring team members, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet budget and firm standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in audit engagements and client service delivery.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and internal controls.
• Supervisory experience will be considered for senior positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution and finalization of audit assignments for manager/partner review.
• Identify client needs and risk areas and discuss solutions with a manager/partner.
• Engage with senior client staff to understand business and ensure efficient audit execution.
• Monitor progress against budget and investigate variances for management.
• Supervise, coach and develop junior staff on client premises and in the office.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit methodologies and external regulations.
• Participate in firm-wide activities.
